At SENEC the sales support agent automates order post-processing – it spots errors, proposes fixes and carries them out. Result: 1 FTE saved, 80% faster lead time, noticeable relief for the team.

In sales support, customer focus, precision and speed meet. Yet it is exactly here that manual order processing often slows progress – through time-consuming checks, corrections and rework.

SENEC wanted to change that. Together we built the sales support agent – a hybrid human-AI-agent solution that analyses orders, detects errors, proposes fixes and carries them out in the system on its own.

After only a few days the agent relieved the team by almost a full-time position. Lead time fell by 80%. Particularly notable: the high acceptance in the team – the agent was seen as help, not as a threat or as surveillance.

Delivery was demanding technically and organisationally. After all, the agent acts inside production inventory management systems. Security, traceability and data protection were therefore core requirements.

This project did not run in a sandbox. From day one the agent worked in the production ERP – against real orders, with real consequences for customers and supply chains.

### Sales support agent – live demo

Animation: an ERP order (#48291, 10 × SENEC Home V3 for Müller Solar GmbH) arrives without a delivery date. The agent spots the missing date, queries the warehouse tool autonomously (23 units available, next intake 8 July 2026) and sends a delivery date confirmation (15 July 2026) to the customer.

What used to cost time and patience now runs in the background – creating room for what really moves sales forward.

- Finds and resolves orders directly in the live ERP

- Asks a human colleague when something is unclear

- Learns and communicates with end customers on its own
