#### For more than ten years we have been bringing IT into the energy sector. To the places where it has to work, not just look good on paper. In an industry that changes constantly and still has to stay reliable.

What drives us is working with people. Because in their daily work many teams experience the exact opposite of progress: manual routines, small repetitive steps, tasks that tire instead of challenge – work that leaves you feeling at the end of the day that you did not really move forward. We build technical solutions that start right there: automation with purpose and judgement, so that technology works for people again – not the other way round. That creates relief, room to breathe and the feeling of being able to shape things again instead of being stuck.
As a result, teams gain time, energy and fresh enthusiasm for the work that really has an effect.

In concrete terms: we make sure that the core systems in energy companies do not work side by side but with each other. Where critical infrastructure meets dynamic market requirements, we connect billing, data management and product worlds with sales, market communication and new digital capabilities.
The result is end-to-end processes instead of breaks, fewer manual detours and IT that genuinely makes everyday work easier – stable in operation and flexible enough for change.

[From more than 200 projects in the energy sector](/unsere-arbeit) we know how complex the reality of large utilities is. What matters is not the idea on paper, but that solutions are cleanly integrated and work reliably in live operation.

One example is our work with E.ON around their central order management and logistics system. Fulfilment, logistics and billing processes come together there across the whole group – a system where stability is not optional but the basis for everyday operations.

Yet a typical pattern emerges in exactly these highly connected landscapes: anomalies are hard to spot, alerts create noise, real problems hide among many signals. For teams that often means hours of manual research across system boundaries – with the feeling of constantly reacting instead of really moving forward.

Since late 2025 a dedicated anomaly and support agent has been doing exactly this work: it detects irregularities early, analyses them in context and proposes concrete solutions – and on request it even implements them directly. Operational pressure turns back into room to manoeuvre. Support wins time back, tickets drop noticeably, and the team can focus on the tasks that really have an effect.

What counts for us is not only the solution in the moment, but what holds up over time: clear interfaces, sound security and data protection structures, and monitoring that is considered from the very beginning.

That keeps complexity manageable and turns change into safe evolution in live operation. Individual projects grow into lasting capability – and IT that does not weigh teams down but genuinely moves them forward.
